Search, sort and filter records

Searching for old cases is straightforward and includes basic search fields such as case reference, applicant name, date received as well as allowing more complex searches, e.g. find all requests by MPs about wind farms in Q1 2008 that are due next week.

Recording outcomes in an intuitive and consistent way ensures the data can be reported upon accurately. The reporting suite provides access to statistics in the Ministry of Justice format and management information reports on both overdue cases and cases approaching their due dates. Further management information ie. reports on outstanding cases and statistics on performance is available on case officer performance to contribute towards appraisals.
