Fivium Launches eCase3

5 January 2017

London - 5th January 2017 – Fivium is delighted to announce the launch of eCase3, the latest version of the highly successful Public Sector case management system.

The upgrade introduces a great range of new features and demonstrates Fivium’s ongoing commitment to making eCase ‘the best case management system for the UK public sector’. Amongst the new additions are an impressive list of new features including:

  • Timeline view – providing a graphical representation like a map of all the key actions that have occurred on a case.
  • eCase Sync – a Microsoft Word plug in that enables you to save and update MS word documents to eCase in just one click.
  • Integrated Document Redaction - sensitive details within documents can be redacted, audited and commented on - all from within the eCase application, no installation required.

Also, following extensive user research, eCase3 includes a number of enhancements to key screens, making it more intuitive and easy-to-use than ever.

With eCase3 also comes the introduction of a free, two-week trial for Public Sector bodies. This gives them a no obligation opportunity to see how easy eCase is to use and how it can help them save time and improve effectiveness across the whole team.

All current customers are upgraded totally Free of Charge. This honours the commitment that eCase upgrades and enhancements are included in the single, unchanged monthly cost, which also includes comprehensive support.
