Fivium Strikes Gold
Fivium Achieves Investors in People Gold Accreditation
The directors and team at Fivium are delighted to announce that they have achieved Investors in People Gold Accreditation. Investors in People is an international people management standard which measures company performance in 27 areas, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.
The award was given following a comprehensive audit by Investors in People assessors who evaluate a company’s performance and approach to its people through ten key areas which include Business Strategy, Leadership and Management, Continuous Improvement, Recognition and Reward and Performance Management. This is then evidenced across 165 sub-criteria through a series of interviews with staff at a variety of levels within the organisation.
Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: “Achieving the Investors in People Gold standard is something that any organisation should be extremely proud of. It is the sign of a company that is very committed to good people management practice and we’d like to congratulate Fivium on their achievement.”
"Everything we do as a business, our success, depends on people - our staff and our customers," commented Fivium Director, Matthew Fletcher. "Our business is thriving because all our people embody our core values of Integrity, Innovation and Quality and they consistently deliver this to our customers. We always strive to hire the best people we can and to look after them the best we can in terms of benefits, rewards and career development. We strongly believe it's that commitment that makes us great at delivering for our customers.
"The IIP experience was very positive for our company. It gave us the opportunity to have independent business experts, with vast amounts of knowledge and experience, review how we operate and give us best practice recommendations and advice on where we should focus our energies as we evolve. We're delighted to have achieved Gold accreditation on our first attempt," he continued. “I think this accreditation is evidence of what we have believed for some time: that by choosing to work with and for Fivium, you can be sure of great work, great people, great benefits and a great future. "
