Public Sector Blue Light Services Choose eCase
Fivium and the eCase team are delighted to announce another win for eCase. Three Police Constabularies, working together as a Strategic Policing Alliance, have selected eCase for managing their Freedom of Information (FOI) cases and requirements.
The constabularies will, in particular, be using eCase’s new Redaction feature. Sensitive information can now be redacted within eCase using in-built redaction software that follows the National Archive best practice redaction techniques.
Talking about recent selection, Fivium Director Matthew Fletcher commented, “eCase will help them to collaborate and work more efficiently. It’ll be quick and easy for them to start using eCase and because it’s SAAS based their independent IT infrastructure isn’t a barrier.”
Commenting on future plans, he continued “We’re committed to making eCase the best case management system for the UK public sector and we’re constantly working on, and investing in, new features for it. It’s fantastic to be working with this Strategic Policing Alliance and for our newest feature, Redaction, to be met so positively.“
