Department for Business Innovation and Skills eCase 2 Go-live

Today the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) went live with eCase 2 Correspondence Handling and Case Management System. Supporting all Ministerial and Treat Official correspondence across London, Cardiff and Sheffield offices, eCase will provide significant benefit to BIS through improved management and response performance.
