Fivium present case study at Oracle Spatial SIG

Ben, a senior developer at Fivium, attended the Oracle Spatial SIG on October 23rd. Ben presented a history of GIS data challenges and complexities, covering almost 50 years of licence data collection and processing, within the UK Oil and Gas Industry. Ben demonstrated how Fivium were able to use Oracle Spatial and complex PL/SQL processing, along with some of the data model decisions that were made, in order to rationalise and present the data.
