New online application process for offshore aggregates extraction

Fivium deliver online paperless application and license approvals to support Government and industry administration of offshore marine aggregate extraction. By replacing a paper-based system significant efficiencies in application handling, access to information and reporting have been realised.
As an added benefit, we updated the format of all marine license applications to provide improved performance and consistency across all application types.
